The school is managed by The Principal and The Board of Management. But at other levels, the teachers, parents ,spiritual leaders and the community at large are all involved.

As effective school leaders, we promote collaborative cultures,dedicated, value-led, competent and highly motivated to reflect practice and foster dialogue and cooperation among all school actors and with other stakeholders. We ensure a supportive environment for teachers, where there is teacher-teacher learning, time for feedback and reflection, and networking within and between schools. We also play an essential role in providing opportunities for practice-oriented programs.
